Found your site after googling for info on 1966ers. Growing up I "helped" my dad rebuild his beetle, which he eventually sold. Had a friend who is offering to sell me a '66 with the original engine(blown), some cancer in the floorboards, crappy interior...so naturally I'm considering it heavily
. I've owned many VW's over the years (several type 2's, 2 vanagons, an 85 Jetta Diesel and currently an '09 Rabbit), and have always wanted a beetle or a Thing. I guess I'm just an addict.
