Info on obtaining a birth certificate is available on this web site. Need to be logged in to access. ooops. Thanks, but i'm not too sure that a "Birth certificate" satisfy s the DVLA's requirements for a its age, I've heard whispers of them not accepting the document over here in the UK. ...
