Piston numbers

I am rebuilding my 1300 motor in my bug. There is a set of numbers stamped on the pistons, thay are 77.45 Is this the Bore in MM if so do you read it as 77mm or 77.45mm. 77mm = 3.031 inches and 77.45 = 3.049 inches. Also all the case has on it is F with no numbers, just the F, is this a Replacement case. All i have read about replacement cases is thay will have an F1 or F2 on the case. Mine just has the F on it.
