Throw-out bearing??

Throw-out bearing??

My car will not go into gear with the car is running. I push the clutch in and she will just grind in any gear. With engine off, it freely goes into gear. I had heard that it could be a throw-out bearing. I am not sure about. Is there any maintenance check I can make or do that might fix problem or is this a "pro" job.

How's your clutch pedal free play? Do you have room for adjustment?

What about the bowden tube? How much sag's it got?
