hi v dub lovers!!

my name is chrissie, female, 23 and a proud owner of a 66 bug. i'm just so happy that there are so many people all around the world who love their v dubs.

i just got my baby 2 week ago. he's yellow and i christened him bumblebee. i still have a lot of work to do with him, i'm trying to find a good mechanic who'l help me do the job and i'm also trying to save up so i can afford all the restoration for my bumblebee.

Welcome to the Forum Chrissie! Bumblebee's a great name for your bug! There must be some VW clubs over there where you could get some recommendations on good mechanics. If there are no clubs look for other VW beetles and find the owners and ask

I'll bet they will be happy to tell you where to find a mechanic.
