Hi everyone!
I bought my 66 bug last February as a project (advertised as needing a new pedal box floor section 🤣🤣)
You’ll no doubt recognise the process but as I discovered what it really needed, I’ve gone ahead with a full body off resto.
15 months later the body is now fully repaired with lots of new panels and the floor is all new with the spine repaired too.
As it is now the body is in primer, top coat goes on this week so I’m more than excited 😃
I know it’s not everyone’s choice but after being persuaded by my wife and daughter that Seablue is not their 1st choice..I’ve gone for Dove Blue which is an earlier year’s Colours but very attractive.
I’ll post a few pics. I’ll have a few questions so I look forward to chatting with you guys and ladies 😊👍
