Hi from PA,
My 17 year old just bought his first car. A restored '66 Beetle. This thing is show quality and amazing to drive. I have a question and am getting some jumbled answers from different organizations. He is looking to make it a semi-daily car(but won't take it out in the rain):) I want to insure it but with standard plates, I'm afraid he won't get the proper value out of it in case something happens. And he doesn't want the restrictions of classic or antique plates. Any suggestions as to which is the best way to go and why? Thanks in advance.
