New 66 Owner and vw rookie
Hello everyone. My name is Danny from central jersey. Just picked up this 1966 beetle project for me and my dad. He had a 68 in his younger days. It’s running and driving but still needs a lot of work. I’m going to need a lot of help from you guys... going to be be asking a lot of questions as I’m new to Volkswagens but always loved them. It’s currently 6 volt and trying to get all the lights working. Needs rust repair in all the usual places. We plan on stripping the interior and hopefully trying to patch the heater channels. Floor pans are good. Well that’s it for now. Thanks in advance everyone. Wondering if a bit off too much. But it’s great seeing my dad enjoying himself.
