Have any Forum members installed the 3 point seat belts in their stock 66 VW Bugs? If so, any comments or suggestions? Brand, buckles, colors, etc.
I ready fir the next 50 years and its time to refresh the Roadbug'.
An old car nut who got his driver's license in a new 1961 VW and has owned 10 VW's (1957-1972) since then. Favorite was the 67's (2), but the 66 is the longest owned and current VW.

I got mine from Wolfsburg West (red, because I have red seats); they look fine. I also bought their "seat belt retractor" which functions but not as good as the ones used in today's cars.

I'll second the WW belts. It was a fairly easy upgrade and they look great.
