Installed a Sirius Satellite Rceiver

Post by Bug-Eyed »

Mounting the receiver, antenna and running all of the wires took me all of 20 minute to have the Sirius Sportster up and running in my '66 Sedan. It's not stereo but it better than poor to no FM reception.

Looks functional, if not 'added-on' ...LOL. Too bad they didn't make those units small enough to fit in the ash tray! You may have been asked this before, but did you polish out the black on the radio faceplate, or is that OE?

The Sirius Sportster receiver is attached to the lower dash surface with a magnet mount that made. No extra holes. The radio face plate came that way with the radio.
