First beetle, new member

Just bought a 66 and brought it home last night. Plan for my daughter to use it for high school.

Have fun with the restore. I did the same for my daughters. One got a 71 Ghia and I was giving my 66 to the 2nd and decided to get her a Mazda 323 as it had air bags and such. I am sure she will love having something different. If you could find it there is a book out there called "Driving Dad's Bug". I got a copy for my daughete and it was a simple explanation that the Bug was different and gave her clues as what to expect and know what it meant when the lights in the speedo stayed on as she drove the car. Again, have fun.
