Do you mean the Emergency Flasher light Switch on the Dash Board ?

The actual "flasher" unit is located behind the dash (accessible from under the front hood). In the attached photo, its the cylindrical silver can to the right of the radio (at the right edge of the picture). If your emergency flashers are working, you will be able to feel and hear clicking from one of these units.
