Hi, I'm Mark, I live in North Lincolnshire. I've recently bought my first Beetle. It's on a 1966 plate but today I found out its one of the early 1967 ones made.
He's in a bit of a sorry state at present so I'm going to enjoy the rebuild.

Welcome Mark. hope that you will have lots of fun owning your Beetle. We have a 66 and it took us 8 months and lots of patience esp on Linda's part to restore the car to something that we like. So don't get frustrated along the way.
The 66 website is informative and members are very helpful if you have a problem. Samba.com is also another great site and you can get almost anything you need for your car from there.
