New member from Nebraska

Hello! This site looks great for the 1st time bug owner that I am. I just purchased a 66 bug with 51,000 miles. Not sure at this time weather to restore it or just drive it, I guess time will tell. I grew up in the late 60's, early 70's and had tons of fun in a bug that one of my best friends had. Since then I have always wanted one...so finally took the plunge. Thanks!

Welcome. Whereabouts in NE are you at? I'm a transplant, folks moved away when I was pretty young but I've got family scattered all over the state.
