How many cars that are manufactured today will still be on the road in 40 odd years time?
Well here is our 1966 Model year RHD Standard Beetle. I have been hunting round and found from the chassis number that it was built some time in October or November 1965 and was originally Bahama Blue. At sometime someone has given it the once over and de-seamed the roof. I have a replacement to go on that I picked this weekend. Hoping to get going on the restoration in the coming winter months. As soon as things get under way proper I will post more pictures.
