I'm new to this 6-volt stuff so that's why i'm asking this....Are the parking lights the little bulbs in front of the headlights? Also is the flasher in the speedometer supposed to flash each time the signal light on the fender flashes. thanks milt

Hi Milt: The little lights infront of the headlight are indeed the parking lights. I believe the flasher unit inside the car itself flashes on the off cycle of the fender flashers (or maybe it's only mine

).
