1966 Project Stage 3

Post by couion »

Well the engine is mounted and running. Didn't get a 1300 like I wanted to but came across a SWEET deal on a 1969 1600 single port. The price was right at $200.00. It needed a good scrubbing and a re-seal but a strong and healthy engine. After a little paint and a lot of time its in and purs like a kitten.

Wow, that's amazing what they do with the front axle beam! I wonder what it handles like?

The axle is a 32 ford style straight axle. From the research I have done it makes the ride much better. The handling I am not sure. I guess I will find out.
