I Need HELP/Advice please

I posted in mechanical forum and got nothing...and I know you all have opinions so please help me

I have torn my 66 down to the metal and it will soon be painted. As I put it back together, I am looking for advice on insulation for the roof, the doors...inside firewall...the pan you get he picture

and also inside the engine compartment...

anyone have any thoughts I would really appreciate them
