Heater Problems
Heater Problems
G'day from Downunder. I wonder if anyone can assist. The heater turns on for both sides, but will only turn off for the passenger side when the control nob is screwed down. The drivers side vent continues to put out hot air. Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix the problem? Many thanks.

Sometimes the heater flaps would freeze in the open position so no matter what you did the heat would pour out. Other possibility is that the cable is broken on your heater lever so it is not doing anything. Best thing is to probably get under the car and see what happens in the back when you pull your lever (that's what I used to do when I was young, thin and flexible)
