6 Volt Battery Source

I'm sorry if this has been covered before. I've checked the forum and didn't find any prior discussions around sourcing 6 volt batteries that are sized appropriately for a 6 volt bug. Any info will be appreciated. I did find one source in New York but they won't ship the battery due to the acid. I live in Cleveland, Ohio.

Thanks Matt, I'll give those options a try. Autozone...really? It appears that some owners prefer to convert their bugs to 12 volts. Not exactly the purist route.

By the way your 66 bug with the carrier is awesome!

Thank You very much...Yes Auto Zone will be able to order the battery.
I converted 6 volts to 12 volts... but I did it the correct way down to the fly wheel...Email me pics of your car
