My 1966 Beetle orig. color is Sea Blue, but is on it's way to
being yellow(maybe). 1641 will be the engine size for now. It has
an adjustable front axle.
Now the body is in primer, got to get it right for paint, only
problem is i am not a paint and body man. Slow going.

I like some of the VW transporter yellows that they used to offer. Sierra Yellow being a favorite. Also the Yukon Yellow is an eye catcher although it tends to attract insects (seriously).

I do love the Sea Blue. Although I knew better, I bought a real rust bucket of a car partially because I love that color and partially because I had lusted after the car for so many years seeing it being driven around town.

My 66 was originally green and thank god someone painted it Sea blue. I love the color and the way it looks with the white interior....Ah love it.

Painting a Sea Blue Beetle yellow is a cruel cruel thing to do!
It's one of the things that attracts me to the '66 model year.

That and Java Green! :D
