Turn signals

Post by thd566 »

Hello,
I got pulled over for not having turn signals. What do I need to fix them. I know the flaher box is not there. It seems it is hard to find. I don't need it to be original, I just want them to work. The tail and brake lights work, as do the turn signal bulbs on the front. When I click the turn sig. lver nothing happens, I think the prevouse owner gutted the flasher box and relay. I need to know I guess is what the entire turn sig. system cosists of.
Thanks,
Chris

turn signal

Chris: Airhead parts has a newly mfg. turn signal relay for about $50-60.

I put one in mine and it worked great. Easy install. It comes with a diagram or use the one provided and look also at the wiring diagram on this website.

I screwed around for hours with my old one until I finally bit the bullet and bought a new one. worth it. any old ones may or may not work.

Is part no. 211-953-227B lists for $48.95
