1966 Beetle, Project Patty

Post by Patty66 »

I have a little Ruby Red 66 model beetle that I purchased... about a year ago.
Poor car was sitting in a field... and I named it Patty bc it smelled exactly like a cow Patty!
Anyway... it is with me now and I am rehabilitating it.
It didn't have the 1300cc, come to find out it was a 1200cc case built to a 1600cc with the 1300cc single ports heads.... I did get it run though
Has 3 crows feet bus wheels, one smoothie and one correct slotted wheel. Came with some... ok pre 66 hubcaps.
Did have the owners manual and dealership maintenance record in the glove box though :cyclopsani:
