Seat Skirts

I recently found these front seats skirts...I need to sandblast them and color match the seat frames...does anybody know if in 1966 they were optional or if they came as stock items ? I attached a brochure page from 1967 as reference...

Well, I figured out that the seat side covers were a stock item in 1966 and they were color matched to the frame...in my case, a euro Seasand with teak interior would display brown seat frames with matching side covers...
