turn signals and emergency flasher just stopped working

I was out driving today and the turn signals just stopped working. The indicator on the dash will come on but it no longer blinks. The outside lights don't come on at all. The emergency flasher won't do anything inside or outside the car. Headlights and high beams work fine. Wondering if the relay went. Anyone know how to test the relay?

Car Info: vehicle converted to 12v, but appears that the previous owner left the 6 volt relay in place.

I would check the fuses first.
