Hello

Post by mnkytail »

Hey there, wanted to introduce myself; my name is John and I picked up a 1966 Beetle about 5 months ago. First classic beetle I've owned. Always wanted one but never found the right car, at the right time, for the right price. Just so happened it all came together. Love this forum!

Nice looking bug!!! "Taxi" yellow wasn't an option for 66's (only available on later convertibles) ...so, what do you figure the original color was??

Original color was sea sand. PO painted it. Our hope is to one day be able to return it to its original color. Thanks!
