Headlamp adjustments

I just installed NOS factory headlamp buckets in my '66 beetle, anyone know a simple way to adjust the headlamps, I installed L.E.D. bulbs and do not to blind oncoming traffic. thanks in advance for your input ( o.\ | /.o )

There are two adjustment screws with one at 1:00 and one at 7:00. Those are used to adjust the headlight.
