I'm looking for the right trailer hitch to set-up my 66 for towing. I keep seeing different ones shown as right for our year but I can't tell which is best or even a fit. Some seem to clamp to the torsion tubes and some...who knows. Anybody out there with the right hitch for sale or at least one to show ??? Thanks !!

There are a few out there. Some have tabs that go under the large trans mounts on the horns. Others have u-bolts that saddle the frame horns. Seems most also require bolting to the bumper in some way. I don't think I would want to mess up my bumper and would find some way to mount to the rear bumper mounts at the body. Not much help I know. There is another thread on hitches on the site.
