Which rust repair panels to use??

Post by Digger89L »

Having a hard time getting a straight answer out of Cip1, so thought I'd ask on the forum here: These 2 rust repair panels 'seem' to be for the same area just in front of the rear wheels, but I can't tell for sure. Does the VNG panel cover the same specific area as the small TAB panel ..only give more coverage in the area, or do they go in completely different areas??

They are the same. Just more metal on one and maybe a different gauge of metal.

Okay...thanks. That's helpful. I think I'll go with the ones that have more coverage ...pretty sure I'll need it.

In case you need a bigger piece, this is where I found mine:

They have the whole wheel well.
