No more project cars, just spending time with my wife, daughter and grand daughter. I have built and restored several vehicles in my lifetime, but the bug was the pinnacle of them all. I had the $ and ability to do it the way I wanted and it turned out exactly as I envisioned it. I sold all of my equipment and cleaned my garage. I do envision in on my bucket list going to Mecum sometime in a few years and picking up a finished ride. I want to act like one of those rich guys and bid on some cars. You know, giving the little nod and having one of those bid persons jumping around looking like a fool. Sounds fun huh? Yeah, that will be what is next.

Hey I should get an award for the thread with the most views! Just kidding, I'm just glad that my thread appears to continue to garner interest and hopefully give others motivation and/or inspiration to tackle their own cool projects. I wanted to show what could be done with enough hard work, perseverance, and yeah, of course $.

Almost 51,000 views, NICE! I'm going to take my son-in-law to the Charlotte Auto Fair the first weekend in April to see what we can pick up. We should have about $12K-$14K to spend, so with an estimated 1600 classic cars for sale on hand, we hope to bring something cool home for him. Should be an awesome time!

Congratulations on the great car and post......
I just read the whole thing start to finish and joined this group because of your post.....at least that is my story.
I was not able to see much about the A/C system you used and I could not see anything at their web site......could you tell more about how it was mounted to the engine.
Thanks
Papa
