Please let me know how you found the site. Was it though an internet search, a link from another site, or some other way? Thanks for your help. John

found on the samba ...

Post by suburbiana »

at the verrrrryyyyy bottom of the Beetle technical forum, just as I was hitting "back" on my browser ... great to see the development of this site, as I have '66 Seasand and some of the only images I have of a correct looking interior came from your classified ad :)
Its currently in the middle of an interior restoration, will post some photos in the coming month once everything is completed.

cheers, Craig

Welcome Craig!!! Glad to hear you found me on the samba!

I'd love to see your SeaSand beetle. That is one of the most clever colors VW ever came up with. When I had mine I would have people refer to it as Cream, Gold, Green, Putty, Tan, and a variety of other colors. It really just depends on how the light hits it. The big bonus of that color is that you never really see any like that - so they really stand out!

Can't wait to see the Pictures Craig! John
