Fort Smith, Arkansas Here

Post by Derfburg »

I just got my first 66 a week ago. I have had VW in the past, a 70 Bay for 12 years and a 64 Sedan for 3. Had to sell when we started having kiddos and now back in the game after 7 years.

My 66 has a few issues but don't we all. I was looking for a driver while I fixed it up. Hope to chat with you fine folks often.

Congrats. There is am old bug yard north of Mayflower. I have been by there a couple of times and he has a lot. Maybe you can shake the guy out of needed parts. Have fun!

Thanks, I will look into that. I did pick a good summer to get back into VW's. Been pretty nice here so far.

It's a bit of a drive for you, but I've had luck finding parts with Way Out Salvage in Kingston, AR.
