sorry ...i am not a big fan of 009...now if you told be a 010 or a blue screamer like an 019 that that would be sweet :) If you need a carb the only advise that i can give you is buy it from KEITH HE IS THE MASTER OF MASTERS WHEN IT COME TO CARBS.NEVER BUY NEW YOU CAN FIND HIM ON THE SAMBA SITE KNOW...

what dizzy are you running....certain carbs do not have the proper vac
to advance the dizzy..carb and dizzy must be a working PAIR

Is you bug still a swing axel? If it is you are in luck...very easy to repair. Just so you have the full story if your boots are old and tired and dry when you lift the car off its rear wheels the drive shaft will flex in putting a lot of pressure on the boots...hence more leaks...you can repair the...
