The panel is the liner of your inner right rear quarter wheel housing. I believe your license plate light wire might also be tied into the same connector.just follow the wires.

Hey Dave. Oh check your grounds on your lights and check your fuel pump. If your not getting enough gas an electric will take care of that. :D

like Bill says if you have a good case it's rather easy. How did he determine you had a bad cam. Did he adjust the valves and if so they wouldn't stay adjusted?or are the rocker arm studs pulled loose.I've never had a cam break a lobe or wear out as a far as that goes a cam bearing.that's why the ? ...

I had an old 40 horse the previous owner had 180 off I hooked it up according to the way it supose to be it wouldn't do nothing so i switched the firing order.#3 is now #1 and #1 is #3.fired up on first turn.not bad for a motor that sat for over 20 years! then i moved the mice out of it.
