no photos, but I spent some time last night cleaning up the areas where the front apron mounts and played with mocking it up a bit as well as removing the hood release conduit to make things a little easier. Carpet kit was provided with sale of the car.. but was for the foot rest option. mine is a US 1966 and says 1300 on the deck lid as that was the only year the 1300 used on the lid. The 1500 was used from 67 on with Volkswagen on the deck lid. Either way his bug is too cool! Although my engine isnt a 1300 I would rather have the correct badge since it is one of those one year on...
