Gene Berg GB-932HB system comes with a 3-bolt flange. Replacing the flange with a Billet Stainless V-band coupler. Replaced the Ivory knobs & escutheons with Black versions

It's a replacement. Gets rid of the slop from the OEM Urethane coupler for a more positive feel. Drawback is it does send a vibrating noise through the shift rod on street driver cars. :cry:

Just installed a solid Billet Aluminum shift coupler. Adds a much more positive feel when selecting gears. A worth while $40 investment
