When you pull the rear seat forward and lay it flat, you should see a metal strip at the base of the seat back. It is attached by screws. The carpet is two pieces held together by that strip. Once the carpet is free, you can remove the seat back at the hinge points.

There's alot of oil coming out of there when the the car is running. I would assume that the main seal is the source of your leak.
