Sorry guys. This heater is causing some headaches. A couple more bits of info if you can help please. 1. First time VW owner

G'day from New Zealand. At 59yrs I finally purchased a 66 VW Beetle. Aussie built. Thought it was a 1300, but after I cleaned up the engine I discovered horror of horrors it had a replacement 1500 engine. Once I had got over that shock I came to the conclusion that perhaps it wasnt such a bad thing ...

Heater Problems

G'day from Downunder. I wonder if anyone can assist. The heater turns on for both sides, but will only turn off for the passenger side when the control nob is screwed down. The drivers side vent continues to put out hot air. Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix the problem? Many thanks.
