Do you put the rubber gasket on top or bottom of breastplate? I always put it on top, but had trouble getting fresh air hoses one. Then switched to bottom. Not sure how it was from factory. Casey

Would yours be a late 1965 model? I thought August 1 was when the new model year started. Do you have a center defrost vent on the dash? What is the VIN? Casey

What carb are you using? I typed dual point in previous post, I meant dual port. I assumed you had a 34 PICT 3 distributor.

That looks right to me. What carb are you using? If it is a 34 PICT3 a 205K is not a good match. The vacuum signal is different. 205K works best with a 30PICT1. I believe the dual point distribut ...

I have not used the Lucas, but this stuff is thick and stringy. It is almost like grease when temperature is cool. I clings to whatever you apply it to.
