Greetings to all, Just to post a few movies from "rustoration" and then final appeaerance of my '66Bug. All but upholstery was done in home garage by me. The journey, of course, was much longer than I have expected, but watching final results, it was definitelly worth it. Please enjoy ... ...

Time for floors. Parts used are brasilian-made and best grade that can be given to them is "acceptable". I will be using Eberspacher heating unit so i have closed front part of heating channel where heater will be connected and all engine heating will be connected to the back ducts. Very c...

The bigest problem were layers (up to 1cm)of rubber-like protection paint done by previous owner. Now the back side has been finished, "only thing" left is front and middle :P

First question: After cleaning sunroof I have noticed that it "touches" something inside leaving marks in paint. Any ideas how to fix or adjust that before i start taking it apart.

Small things make a big difference ... fighting chassis horns flex! Easy to do When car is in pieces.
