we really enjoy the car alot it has been 0-12 deg. and she starts right up. my daughter wants to decorate the car with lights for the holidays, i have a small inverter for power and may turn the bug over to her to decorate.

looks like you have your work cut out for you.

having been in several projects like this i can see that there has been several repairs done in the past. keep the pics comming i like to see other projects take shape. keeps me motivated on all of mine.

Great looking 66! My 66 has back up lights as well and the car is very original, just like yours. Nice find! I'd like to see some more pictures of your car and interior. Nice. I'd suspect it's got a rebuilt transmission in it as well as '66 models did not have a reverse light and the trans was not plumbed for the sender. That bumper brace is also dealer option or aftermarket, but absolutely period correct. Looks like one hell of a find. Congrats! thanks the tranny ...
