Put gear oil in before even put it under the car.
I now believe that the problem is the adjustment/alignment of the ring gear and the pinion. To make a long story short I am pulling the tranny again and sending it back.

I just finished a voltage conversion, all new wheel bearings, brake shoes, and replaced a rear wheel cylinder. I am now having trouble bleeding the brakes.
