Hi folks. New owner of a '66. It seems there's a golf tee in my carburetor (which is a Solex 34 Pict-3, as I understand it. Make and model of tee unknown.) Photo attached. removing windshield washer reservoir?

Is the washer fluid reservoir held in by some kind of hardware, or is it simply wedged into place? It feels like it might just be wedged in, but I don't want to force it and break something. Thanks.
