I am getting my original stock wheels sand blasted and powder coated.....what color should i do to make it as "stock" looking as possible, white base coat with black trim or black base coat with white trim??

Hey, my name is Taylor Martin! I am, 16, a high school student at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, and I play baseball. I bought my beetle a couple weeks ago and just starting to restore it! Her name is "Scarlett". Any comments? Questions?

There is a starting issue with my beetle.....I replaced the battery and the fuel lines, and still nothing! Still slow cranking......If it does even start and want to drive, it will die and get get too hot in the middle of the street. Any thing that might solve this problem?
