Bought an empi 34 pict 3 for my 66 ( it has the 1600). Living at 4300 feet eelevation. Any thoughts on honing this in? Does it come properly jetted?

I have the same issue. Found a replacement made by Wolfsburg west but once installed the emergency flasher now works but the blinker now don't work?.
